I work for the 4Talent team at Channel 4. My team manages all the entry level schemes that Channel 4 run including Apprenticeships, the Work Experience  Programme, the Graduate Programme and the Production Trainee Scheme. My team is the also the outreach side of Channel 4 we attend careers fair and host our events called 4Talent days across the UK for young people who want to get into the media industry.
