Josh McNorton is a Canadian-born, UK-based creative producer, curator, festival manager and events consultant. His ten year career has spanned three continents, two Olympic Games, a multitude of cultural and academic institutions, high-profile festivals, showcases and tours. He specialises in bringing together artists, experts and makers to produce innovative creative projects, live performances and events.
Since March 2014, Josh has worked for Nesta, the UK's innovation foundation, as the festival manager of FutureFest. Held every eighteen months in London, FutureFest gathers some of the planet's most radical thinkers, makers and performers together to create an immersive experience of what the world might be like in 10-30 years. FutureFest keynote speakers have included Brian Eno, Vivienne Westwood, Edward Snowden and George Clinton.
Josh is also the Co-Founder and Lead Producer of Relative Motion, a London-based theatre company which focuses on developing and showcasing new writing.
