Recording is my passion in life and has been since my early teens when I obtained my first four-track cassette recorder. I’m qualified as an audio engineer and have over 10 years experience recording and mixing audio in all manner of situations. I’ve worked as an independent electronic musician and DJ for over a decade, learning a great deal about sound design, recording and audio technologies during this time.

Film has been a lifelong love of mine also, consistently informing my artistic practice (most recently as the inspiration behind a sci-fi inspired concept album under the alias A.i. Messiah). Lately, I’ve become increasingly excited by the creative potential in cinema sound, particularly at the intersection between sound design and music in cutting edge films such as Under The Skin, The Revenant and Blade Runner 2049. It’s a domain I feel naturally drawn towards and I’m confident I can bring strong skills to bear in this industry.
