I am an ex contemporary dancer from 'The Northern School of Contemporary Dance', whom after an injury got into complementary health especially ashtanga yoga. A dynamic form of movement, which is in its own right, is a performance work of art that has given birth to power yoga, vinyasa yoga, ariel yoga and lots more.
Since exploring the healing arts I have nursed myself back to health with a form that I have created, called Cozy Yoga. Along with other tools and services I am collating together to offer in my business Declog Body Mind.
As you can see from my web site which is under construction, I am in the process of creating tools, services and products for ones health and creative well-being as I believe self-exploration and expression to be to key towards mind/ body balance, whether you do it for your self, your family or your company.
