Organised the delivery of these advertising materials via outlets such as direct mail, emails, press launches, press releases, competitions, social media and promotional prints. • Researched, attended, and assisted with external events for upcoming shows. • Produced quarterly newsletters and week-long production programmes. Dealing with customer accounts (using Audience view) and maintaining high customer service (via face-to-face or phone) with the aim to go the extra mile for each customer.
