Tim is a journalist, broadcaster and tutor with twenty years’ experience. He began his career as a presenter at Rock FM in Preston, honing his skills as a late-night DJ while studying at the University of Central Lancashire.
Since then, he has produced and presented shows at stations across the UK, including a year as producer of City Talk 105.9’s weekly student programme, a show giving many people their first opportunity to broadcast.
As a tutor, Tim has been developing and delivering media training courses for over ten years. His former students are employed at more than 30 stations across the BBC and commercial radio.
