Floor Runner
Worked as a floor runner for the BBC show Father Brown. My main responsibilities were to look after cast members and get them to their various call times, transport cast and crew around, keep supplies such as water boxes stocked and run any production related errands. I also had the opportunity to script supervise for a week, allowing me to log shots and keep on top of continuity; furthermore, I was able to 3rd for a couple of days, heightening my organisational and communication skills.

Floor Runner/ Camera Assistant
I worked on a short film for the BBC’s New Creatives where I had the opportunity to work as a camera assistant as well as a runner. My responsibilities as a runner included logging shots, taking drink and food orders, setting up and down equipment, being a stand-in, along with camera assistant duties. On set I had the privilege of working with all members of the crew and cast, assisting where needed. Whether this was holding light diffusers for the DoP or aiding the focus puller as a stand-in.
-
Audience Coordinator
Worked as an audience coordinator and runner for the BBC primetime gameshow hosted by Danny Dyer; The Wall. My responsibilities included ticketing and seating a first come, first serve audience in a Covid safe way and ensuring guests and priority tickets were accounted for during each show, whilst sticking to a tight turn around due to filming three episodes a day. During the recordings I ensured the audience’s needs were met during the long hours and that the show wasn’t interrupted by the public. My role also provided me with experience dealing with talent. It was my job to ensure all the celebrity guests had a warm welcome and took them to where they needed to go and helped with any needs before filming.

Worked as a runner for an as of yet un-named property show based on sustainable and eco-friendly housing. This was on location where I assisted the DoP with setting up shots, organising what was in shot, leasing with the families as well as sorting out lunches for the crew and contributors.
