Director, Bauer Academy
I am the joint founder and Director of the Bauer Academy, which is a training centre of excellence within one of the biggest and brightest media companies in the world.
My biggest passions are working to remove barriers that prevent people from accessing excellent media training, and finding and developing talent through the academy's talent programme.
Previously, I've had various roles in universities (academic advisor, teaching fellow, programme leader, visiting professor etc) and I've also spent much of my career as a broadcaster; presenting the news for ITV and reporting on various national and international stories.
I live in Scotland with my husband and three cool kids.
