Kenneth Emson: Offwestend.com Adopt a playwright winner 2010, Adrienne Benham winner 2012, Bruntwood and Pearson prize shortlist 2011. Kenneth has written extensively for the stage, his work has been performed in London, throughout the Eastern region and at festivals in New York and Cape Town. In 2011 he was selected as one of the BBC Writersroom 10 and the BBC Writers Academy. He has since gone on to write episodes of Doctors and EastEnders. His debut radio play 837.9 aired on Radio 4 as part of the Afternoon play series in 2012. He currently has original Television series in development with BBC Wales and Company Pictures. He is creator, associate producer and co-writer of the BBC Writersroom digital project ‘Who killed Laura Kitchen’, and is adapting Agatha Christie’s ‘The Mister Quin Mysteries’ for Acorn productions. His first feature film ‘Bai’ is currently in development with BFI/Creative England.
