About
Sam is a games designer and developer at Three Knots, an independent games studio based in Brixton. He cares about creating stories that deal with nature, moral choice and community, all themes close to his heart.
Sam has an MA in Games Design and Development from the National Film and Television School - he was one of the first recipients of the Prince William scholarships, a partnership initiative between BAFTA and Warner Bros. He graduated in 2016 and went on to complete a three-month internship working as a designer on the LEGO games at TT studios before co-founding Three Knots with a fellow NFTS graduate. Sam was an original members of BAFTA Games Crew and in 2017 he was one of Develop's ‘30 under 30’. In 2019 he was named as one of the The Progress 1000: London's most influential people 2019 in the catergory Creative Arts: Gaming.
He is currently working on Three Knots’ first release, as well as the experimental VR experience Pink.
