I develop and deliver social media training sessions for a leading Birmingham-based agency that specialises in developing engaging social media strategies for organisations who want to use social networks as more than just a marketing tool. 

I have experience in developing comprehensive strategies for a range of popular social networks, recognising not only the strength of each network, but also how they can interact with each other. I am also experienced in social media analytics and management, using a number of third-party systems.

My most recent experience has been in the health industry, though I have also worked extensively elsewhere, including the drinks and education sectors. I have advised organisations of various sizes and nature, including the office of a Member of Parliament, NHS hospital trusts, and the Campaign for Real Ale.

As well as working in social media, I am experienced in working in sales and client management, as well as writing and developing business proposals.

In my spare time I am a photographer, as well as a lighting technician for theatre and live events.
