Deutsche Bank Award for Dramatic Art 2014 Winner for prison arts project tipping point. 

Co-run nightworks studio as resident artist group with Branchild Festival x Platform, Southwark. 

Associate Director for Hydrocracker Theatre

Research Associate for LAMDA. 

Regularly teach and direct with organisations including: LAMDA, 20 Stories High, National Theatre Wales, National Theatre Learning, Contact, Hydrocracker, Blast Theory,  Salford Univeristy, Manchester Metropolitan University.
