About
An independent creative producer, arts facilitator and social justice advocate with project, event, communications and monitoring and evaluation expertise gained within arts, research, education and cultural organisations in the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.
I am an interdisciplinary feminist social scientist with a First Class BSc (Hons) Social Science from the University of London who uses strategic storytelling for social justice aims. I am an innovative leader with a passion for the arts, research, social change, community engagement and projects that create a lasting impact.
With over 10 years of experience in research institutes and higher education contexts in the UK, Europe and Australia, I have contributed to programmes and research with a strong focus on innovation, excellence, wellbeing, equality, diversity and social justice.
Combining excellent collaborative, critical and reflective analytical skills, I translate ideas underpinned by academic concepts into creative solutions. By taking a servant-leadership approach, I harness the full investment of project stakeholders to manage successful and sustainable projects. I have developed and delivered extensive training programmes within major not-for-profit arts and community organisations, education and commercial contexts.
My strong communication, people and project management skills allow me to facilitate, collaborate and deliver high quality projects that cultivate critical and socially aware communities.
