I've been working as a freelance theatre director, dramaturg, producer and workshop facilitator for the last 4 years, since receiving the OVNV TS Eliot US/UK Exchange Award and assisting Michael Attenborough on King Lear in 2012.
My work has shown at the Gate Theatre, Arcola, Southwark Playhouse, Soho Theatre, Theatre503, Shoreditch Town Hall, Rose Lipman Building, Battersea Arts Centre, VAULTS festival and recently at the Edinburgh Festival. My work has attracted ACE funding and I'm a core Educational Practitioner with the Donmar Warehouse.
I'm interested in how audience interaction with immersive environments can generate and shape story, and my original work investigates how technology can make a space responsive to audience touch and movement. I've returned to Central School of Speech and Drama as a Visiting Lecturer with Gamification and Devised Performance practical workshops.
I was longlisted for the JMK Directing Award in 2014.
Currently taking a break from theatre to explore Film and Drama TV production.
