Responsible for researching best practice in cluster development as part of a European Creative Industries Alliance €100m initiative, comparing cluster excellence in other sectors, analysing the factors that make a set of business support services, programmes and tools appropriate for the Creative Industries, and developing effective cluster strategies.

Working with national and international partners to prepare regional and policy driven action plans e.g. Access to Finance, Cross-Sector Collaborations/Supply-Chain Development, Developing Entrepreneurship in Emerging Industries etc.

Managing Creative England's Interactive Healthcare Programme and the UK Creative Business Cup competition.
