Production Coordinator across the following shows - The Road Trip (UK INT’L), Protest and Progress (UK INT’L), Curfew (UK), Little Disasters (UK), Ex Wife S2 (UK), Crow Girl (UK), Le Signal (France), Zorro (France), Miss Fallaci (Italy), The Place of Life (Italy), Turmschatten (Germany), Anywhere (Germany) Job role included leading the development of an intranet system using Smartsheets to efficiently track key data and milestones for each production, implementing automated data updates with minimal input through key sheets. The system has gone on to be shared to different regions of the company across Europe and Latin America. Organised kick off calls between departments in Paramount, and the Production companies and teams; oversaw the implementation of our Production, H&S, security and HR guidelines in the productions; and routinely monitor information uploaded into our Scenechronize platform to make sure it is up to company’s standard, and naming conventions. Tracking progress reports to ensure accuracy and prevent oversight of dropped scenes, created formulas to flag areas of potential concerns. Detailing meeting notes and preparing action points to be shared to the team, and wider circles. Helping team and production schedules, while sharing reminders, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept across deadlines. Compiled information from various departments to create the program specification form for the studio heads' approval ahead of the authorised approvals matrix.

Post Production Coordinator
Post Production Coordinator across the following shows - The Flatshare, No Escape, The Burning Girls, Sexy Beast Tasks included tracking paperwork and technical deliveries, while chasing any missing documents to ensure completion of shows delivery. Answering any questions from the production company, and other departments in Paramount, and ensuring information and documentation shared as and when it was needed. Assisted the head of post production in creation of the studios post production guidelines to be handed out to the production companies and post teams. Distributing cuts and final episodes to team members, as well as uploading to various platforms. Combing through episodes to ensure all items seen on screen were fully cleared, and reflected in the productions show log.
