Originally from Ottawa, Canada, I am a dancer, performer, choreographer, creator, and arts enthusiast. I began dance training at six years old and graduated from professional contemporary dance training at The School of Dance (TSOD) in Ottawa in 2012. After graduating, I developed my artistic practice further and in a new direction by moving to London where I continually seek new creative knowledge, further physical expertise, involvement in arts outreach, and performance opportunities. In 2012,  I joined Sounding Motion, a London based contemporary dance company with whom I performed for two years at various venues throughout England including the Barbican Theatre.

I returned to Canada in 2014, when I was chosen to be one of three choreographers to create work as part of Projet Brut under the mentorhsip of Canadian icon Peter Boneham. This project gave rise to the duet Stockholm Syndrome which was performed alongside Scraps, another choreography of mine at the 2015 Ottawa Fringe Festival, and then throughout 2015 at Dark Horse Dance Projects, La Festivale de Danse en Milieu Scolaire and the Ottawa Dance Directive. In June 2016, I created a new piece in development called pouring soul over bones.
