5 Stars, Breaking The Fourth Wall
"There's so much to love about this show; not least Sarah Milton's performance."
"It is an excellent performance in a play that holds much promise."
"Milton plays her (Daisy) with drive and focus, at one with the rhythms of her own script and never missing a beat."
"Milton perfectly contrasts Daisy’s flustered Essex tones with Cath’s self-assured drawl and coach Danny’s blokey poolside incitements."
"With an admirable lightness of touch, Milton steers her characters into darker psychological terrain."
"A compelling story, deftly told."
"We loved @TumbleTuckPlay today - a bold performance full of energy from emerging new writer @_SarahMilton. Such a strong solo performance - a tough job but [she] made it look easy :)"
"Milton brilliantly distinguishes the different characters in the piece, through subtle changes in her tone of voice and the use of different accents."
"Milton gives a strong and convincing performance throughout a delightful show from start to finish."
4 stars, The Wee Review
