About
Degree qualified London based Animator, Storyboard Artist/Illustrator. A hard working Artist who takes animation work seriously & professionally. Influences range from Tim Burton to Roald Dahl through Japanese and far eastern art. Working and contributing as part of a team to complete and accomplish deadline.
Significant commissions I have worked on include two projects for the National Trust, one of which was a sound based production, whilst the other was a 2D project animated via After-Effects and Photoshop. As a team producer I organised team meetings, schedules, emphasised key project milestones and agreed with my colleagues who was going to work on which part of the project. Our finished product had such positive feedback from various audiences, the artistic short was showcased via the Museum of London and The Geffrye museum in Hackney. Thanks to this unique opportunity I learned the value of team work and what I was capable of.
I have very recently collaborated with a team of junior film-makers by storyboarding and editing short documentaries via the Building The Bridge Project. Whilst on this project I managed to book and organise a film interview with the respected freelance film-maker, Carlos De Faria, to discuss his experience within this competitive media market.
