Rob is and actor, director and musician. He gained a first class degree in English and Drama from Royal Holloway, University of London before training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formerly RSAMD).
Most recently he was Resident Director for the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Urinetown (Assembly Hall) and Willy's Bitches (Assembly Checkpoint) at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe where he assisted Ken Alexander and Philip Howard respectively. Both these shows received 4 and 5 star reviews accross the board.
As assistant director: Pendragon (Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds), Whistle Down the Wind (Rose Theatre, Kingston).
Rob is a current practitioner for the National Youth Music Theatre.

Television includes: BBC Christmas Celebration, BBC Children in Need Rocks Scotland (BBC Scotland).
Radio includes: Sunday in the Park With George on ‘In Tune’ (BBC Radio 3).
Currently Assistant Directing "The Hairy Ape" (Old Vic); and directing "Twelfth Night" at Farrer Theatre, Eton College.
