Lorianne Hall is a prominent international producer and entertainment executive in the global film industry. Over the course of her 25-year career she has developed projects for New Line Cinema, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Warner Bros. and has developed over 150 projects in 5 different territories. As a European acquisitions executive she acquired over 200 film & TV titles for international distribution throughout Europe and The Middle East. She has produced four independent feature films; thriller TWO GRAVES (Netflix), comedy SOUL BOY (BBC) starring Oscar nominee Felicity Jones and award-winning Iranian feature animation THE LAST FICTION which premiered in Annecy and has been screened in over 23 prestigious animation festivals worldwide. In post-production is SHOPLIFTERS OF THE WORLD, a coming of age comedy that features music from The Smiths and currently in post-production is her fifth feature, the sports drama CAGEFIGHTER. Miss Hall is also an expert consultant for The European Commission – Creative Europe/MEDIA fund where she was responsible for over €20 million in funding for development and co-production and has consulted for various European film funds and organizations including The Irish Film Board, The British Council, The Malta Film Commission and The Doha Film Institute. Ms. Hall is a designer of bespoke training courses, lectures and Master Classes for government film agencies, film schools and co-production markets.

Miss Hall is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at The University of York.
