About
I am a recent graduate of an MA degree in Advanced Theatre Practice at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. I have devised work with theatre company Sub-Sublime, which was presented at Camden People's Theatre in the Sprint Festival. I have also devised work with Elucidate, presented at The Arts Theatre, The Little Angel and Bristol Festival of Puppetry.
I am primarily a playwright and performer, but have also studied acting at Rose Bruford College.
Last year I was shortlisted, among twenty-five writers, for the Theatre503 Playwrights Award and I am an alumni of the Royal Court Writers Programme.
My work has been performed in London at The Tricycle, Horse and Stables Theatre, The Bugaloo, Bridewell Theatre, Take Courage Theatre, Clear Lines Festival, Blue Elephant Theatre, Above the Arts (Leicester Square), All you read is love, and a monologue from my first play was performed as part of the opening of the Bread and Roses Theatre, where it went on to premier as a full-length reading. My work has also toured to other major cities in the UK, including Bristol, Manchester, Bath and Lincoln.
