Aimed at entry level to APs, an overview of casting members of the public for factual entertainment programmes; exploring the casting process, how to find the people you need, how to spot the right characters for your show, conducting casting interviews and quick tips on producing casting tapes.
Chaired by Producer Ella Taylor followed by Q&A.
Kay Green is an experienced Casting Executive and has cast a wide range of contributors for a variety of prime time programmes: Channel 4’s Hunted, ITV’s A Very British Lockdown, Channel 4’s The Island with Bear Grylls, Sky 1’s The Heist and Channel 4’s Sex Box.
This event is supported by the ScreenSkills Television Skills Fund which invests in training for the freelance television workforce thanks to contributions from the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
