The second workshop from BBC Writersroom will focus on creating scripts for television. Development Executive Simon Nelson will take you through the ten top tips for writing a great script. There will also be a chance to ask your questions.
Simon Nelson is the development executive for BBC Writersroom, working with writers in their development of scripts for BBC Drama, Comedy and Children’s. Before joining the Writersroom, Simon storylined, script edited and produced dramas for both the BBC and ITV, including EastEnders and Grange Hill and The Bill.
This event is supported by the ScreenSkills Television Skills Fund which invests in training for the freelance television workforce thanks to contributions from the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
It is part of a ScreenSkills programme designed by media consultant Donna Taberer, to support freelancers to upskill and stay connected, helping keep the industry resilient in these difficult times.
