Drink with a Commissioner: Clemency Green and Vivienne Molokwu, Channel 4

  • When: 29th Apr 2020, 18:30-19:30
  • Organised by: ScreenSkills
  • Location: Online
  • Price: Free
  • Age: 18+

Grab your favourite drink and get ready to raise a glass with a commissioner.

Participants will be able to join a commissioner and listen to their insights as well as ask questions at the end of the hour.

These are great sessions for our freelance community who don’t normally get the opportunity to chat to commissioners. So, if you’re a head honcho who normally has all the commissioners on speed-dial this session isn’t for you! Please keep this in mind when booking. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Clemency Green is a commissioning editor for Channel 4’s features and formats. Her slate includes Mums Make Porn, Crazy Delicious, and George Clarke’s Council House Scandal. As well as Made in Chelsea, George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces , Ugly House to Lovely House and the lockdown series ‘irstie: Keep Crafting and Carry on.

Vivienne Molokwu is a commissioning editor in features and formats for Channel 4. She works across C4 and E4 and her slate includes Junior Bake Off and Bake Off The Professionals, Celebs Go Dating, Shut Ins: Britain’s Fattest People and How To Lose Weight Well.

This event is supported by the ScreenSkills Television Skills Fund which invests in training for the freelance television workforce thanks to contributions from the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

It is part of a ScreenSkills programme designed by media consultant Donna Taberer to support freelancers to upskill and stay connected, helping keep the industry resilient in these difficult times.

This session will take place online via Zoom. Click ‘get ticket’ to reserve your place: you must login or register before you are able to get a ticket for this event. Before the start of the session, a joining link will be sent to you via email.
