This panel will explore the complexities of production management during a global pandemic. From health and safety to budgeting and from filming to talent challenges, they will give an insight on how to keep your production on budget and keep everybody safe.

The session will be chaired by Kirstie McLure who has delivered over 1000 hours of high end content to channels worldwide and now runs The Televators.

They’re an organisation of operational experts working remotely - all you need is a good idea, a desk, a good WIFI connection and a commission and The Televators provide the rest.

This session is part of our spotlight on production management week of insight & training.
