This one-hour workshop with experienced production manager and producer Pamella Bisson is aimed at production coordinators, junior production managers & production managers who want to step up their management skills and feel more confident in their role.

Please note, we will be running multiple sessions of this workshop to give as many freelancers as possible the opportunity to attend. 

The workshop content will be repeated each day, so you only need to apply to and attend one session.

Pamella Bisson is the founder of Weirdos & Creatives Collective with over 18 year’s experience working as Production Manager and Producer for media companies such as: The BBC, Channel 4, IMG Media, Red Bull Media, La Liga, Premier League, Fremantle UK, Capital FM, Jump Off.TV and The Olympics

It is part of a ScreenSkills programme managed by the Indie Training Fund to support freelancers to upskill and stay connected, helping keep the industry resilient in these difficult times.
