This is a 3 day online course, with activities you can complete between each session.
You must attend all three sessions to complete the course.
Have you recently started managing people, or are you about to step into a manager role? Perhaps you’ve been managing for a few months but want to develop your skills? Our Stepping into Management 101 will provide the support you need as you take your first steps as a new manager working in unscripted TV.
Each session in this 3 session programme will give you practical tools and techniques to help you navigate your new responsibilities as a manager. We’ll explore different management styles and how to flex your style, as well as offer some tips on managing difficult conversations, and finally we’ll look at the art of delegation.
