Two years after the publication of its first iteration, the ScreenSkills Assessment 2021 aims to provide a snapshot of skills issues affecting the UK screen industries and related potential solutions.

During this online event, we will present the results of industry research looking at the period from January 2020 to January 2021, a time dominated by disruption and change caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Key findings will include:

  • the impact of Covid-19,
  • skills shortages and gaps
  • training and workforce development
  • future trends.

Speakers will include:

  • Catarina Branzanti, Head of Research, ScreenSkills
  • Gareth Ellis-Unwin, Head of Film and Animation, ScreenSkills
  • Lisa Howe, industry consultant

This session will take place online via Zoom. Click ‘book’ to secure your ticket: you must login or register before you are able to complete your booking.

This event is supported by ScreenSkills using National Lottery funds awarded by the BFI as part of the Future Film Skills programme.
