Speaker:

Jude Spencer is a mental health trainer who specialises in mental health first aid and resilience training within the film and TV industry. She is an active volunteer for organisations such as Samaritans, Mental Health Mates and Studio Upstairs, supporting those who are going through challenging times. Alongside this, she also has over a decade worth of experience working in production roles both within broadcasters such as the BBC to Independents such as Locksmith Animation and TwoFour. This varied experience has been across radio, TV and film, from live-action drama and factual through to animated series and features. Jude’s passion for training comes from the belief that the skills that are learned to support yourself and others effectively aren’t just skills for the workplace but are skills for life.
