- Wed 3 Nov 12:00 - 14:00 - For managers giving feedback
- Fri 26 Nov 12:00 - 14:00 - For managers giving feedback
This session is part of the ‘Your Life at Work’ strand which offers training aimed at addressing workplace best practice as well as how to stay healthy, happy and productive at work.
Being able to deliver or receive thoughtful, regular and well-delivered feedback is a great way to promote personal and professional growth.
This short session will give you simple frameworks for feedback, so you can make it a positive and welcome part of communication in your team. If you are able to have clear conversations about professional performance, you and your team will become more efficient, happier and more in control of your careers.
Who it's for
As outlined in the dates above, these sessions are split between ones for managers seeking to master giving feedback and some are for colleagues seeking to learn how to make the most of the feedback they are given. Please only apply for the managers sessions if you are currently in a management position in unscripted TV.
