  • Promotion of professional and personal wellbeing
  • Boundary setting
  • Identifying core values
  • Committing to meaningful change

Who it's for

The workshop is recommended for anyone currently working in unscripted TV who would like to improve their work/life balance. If you think your quality of life could be better, then this course is for you. Each session is designed to help you make positive choices and develop strategies for reducing stress and building resilience. Caroline’s approach is interactive, with opportunities to ask questions and be part of discussions, as well as working on your own exercises. A safe, confidential space is offered and this will be reiterated during the sessions. You will need a stable internet connection and we would encourage you to have your video on and be prepared to unmute yourselves in order to fully participate in the group.
