Featuring practical tips and insights from industry practitioners, this two-hour session will help you explore your career options, identify and demonstrate your strengths, find job opportunities, prepare for interviews, and know what to expect as you enter the workforce.

Please note, this session is only available to students on the:

Edinburgh College of Art, MFA/MA Film Directing,

Glasgow Clyde College, HND Creative Industries: Television 

City of Glasgow College HNC/D Creative Industries: TV and HNC/D Creative Industries: TV

Edinburgh Napier University, MA Film, MA Screenwriting & BA (Hons) Television

University of the West of Scotland MA Filmmaking,  BA (Hons) Filmmaking and Screenwriting  & BA (Hons) Broadcast Production

This ScreenSkills Select Employability Toolkit session is delivered by Executive Producer Ewan Vinnicombe-Wallis with Amy Shaw, co-manager Bectu Vision.

The session will take place online via Zoom If you haven’t used Zoom before, please download it to your device (ideally on a laptop) in advance of the session. You can download it for free.

We will start promptly at 3pm so we recommend that you sign in at 2.50pm so you can test your equipment and we can admit you into the session on time.
