Dates:

  • Tue 1 June 15:00 - 16:15
  • Wed 2 June 13:00 - 15:00

This is a 2 part course. Please only apply if you can attend both days and work in unscripted TV.

No one likes to be underestimated and in these three sessions, Caroline explores the relationship between change and ambition. With people living longer, economics getting tougher and an invisible virus continuing to affect our daily lives, the need for reinvention and adaptation is increasingly relevant to us all. Whatever challenges you are facing and whatever your reason for change, the process doesn’t have to be limiting; it can instead be daring to do things differently and in a way that creates meaningful and positive change. Themes include:

  • Change - notches on the dial to radical reinvention
  • Perception versus reality
  • Limiting beliefs
  • The butterfly effect
  • Failing better
  • Creating compelling outcomes
  • Turning ideas into actions
  • Self-coaching

Who it's for

The workshop is recommended for anyone currently working in any unscripted TV genre and facing change, professionally and/or personally, planned or unplanned. Over the course of the three days, Caroline will help you unlock options and look at becoming  ‘unstuck’ in terms of life decisions and career crossroads. Each session is interactive, with opportunities to ask questions and be part of discussions, ensuring you get the answers you need and strategies you can take forward yourself. A safe, confidential space is offered and this will be reiterated during the sessions. You will need a stable internet connection and we would encourage you to have your video on and be prepared to unmute yourselves in order to fully participate in the group.
