Julia Goitia is a spanish Production Manager, she studied History of Art, with a major in Film Studies.

As part of her graduation project, she was Assistant Manager at the Filmoteca Española where she prepared her thesis about Georges Melies and his contribution to the film industry. She got a scholarship for a MA in Cultural Management and after finishing her studies, she expanded her experience working in diverse roles in the Creative Industries.

In 2019, Julia decided to move to London and was accepted at the prestigious National Film and Television School to study a Production Management Diploma. During this time, she got the exceptional opportunity to have a work experience in DNEG, where she discovered her love for visual effects.

Since that, she hasn’t stopped working, focusing her professional career in visual effects, Julia has worked for TV shows such as The Man Who Fell To Earth, which earned an Emmy nomination for outstanding VFX, Lockwood & Co for Netflix or Culprits for Disney Plus.

At the moment she is the VFX production manager in Anansi Boys for Amazon studios.
